The Bron Gourmet Mandolin

    The simplified, stainless steel Bron Gourmet Mandolin comes with 4 interchangeable julienne blades, a slicing blade, a waffle blade, and a plastic hand pusher to anchor and slide vegetables and fruit along the glide plate and protect fingers.

   Julienne blades have varying teeth spacing as follows: 5/64" (2mm), 5/32" (4mm), 9/32" (7mm), and 3/8" (10mm). Lever allows for gradual thickness adjustment from paper-thin slices up to 3/8" slices.

• 18/10 stainless steel frame and specially hardened stainless steel blades. Dishwasher safe.

• Comes with 4 interchangeable julienne blades., slicing blade, a waffle blade . All Blades are replaceable.
