V-VAX Eucalyptus Oil V-VAX is a truly wonderful product. It can relieve the symptoms of sinus; colds and flu, sore throat, hacking cough, stuffy nose and clears nasal passages, making it easier to breathe freely. It soothes and penetrates the skin to ease arthritic and muscular aches and pains. As a disinfectant, V-VAX is extremely effective for burns, cuts, abrasions, cold sores, skin irritations, rashes and insect bites. It is also an excellent deodorizer and sanitizer. There are over 700 species of eucalypts and all have eucalyptus oil in their leaves. The quantity and type of eucalyptus oil varies from species to species. All eucalyptus oils are not the same; the oil from each species has different constituents and chemical composition. You might want to know what distinguishes organically grown V-VAX eucalyptus oil from the other varieties. Of the 700 plus varieties, only eleven qualify as medicinal. These eleven are graded by their cineole content - the medicinal ingredient of the eucalyptus leaves. In order for an oil to be classified as medicinal, the British and American Pharmacopoeia's require that the oil must have a minimum of 60% cineole. Directions for Use: Sinus, Sinus Headache, Hay Fever, Colds, Head Congestion: Spray V-VAX on a folded tissue, press lightly to the nose and breathe through the tissue for 30 seconds. (The vapor will make your eyes water and eventually cause you to cough. This is a normal reaction and is momentary.) Asthma, Chest Congestion, Bronchitis, Laryngitis, Emphysema: Spray on an unfolded tissue, place over the mouth and breathe through the saturated area, exhaling through the mouth. Take 3 deep breaths. (The vapor will make you cough. This is a normal reaction.) Arthritis, Back Aches, Muscle Aches, Sprains: Where possible, first bathe the affected body part with hot water or apply a warm cloth to open up the pores. Spray V-VAX on the areas and massage well for at least one minute. Re-spray the area and massage again. Apply lotion to help seal in the V-VAX. Rashes, Insect Bites: Spray V-VAX on the affected area. Allow to dry, spray a second time. Burns: Spray V-VAX, immediately, directly on area. Repeat process in one hour. Cold Sores & Sore Throats: At the first sign of tingling or discomfort, apply V-VAX to the affected area. Repeat the application several times a day. For sore throat, massage V-VAX on outside of throat & cover with lotion. Sore Feet: Soak feet in hot water. Dry them. Spray V-VAX all over feet and massage the oil into the skin. Apply a light lotion and massage to seal the V-VAX. Steam Baths: Spray a small amount of V-VAX in water or area. You will find it invigorating and head clearing. V-VAX Tea Tree oil is derived from the leaves of Melaleuca Alternifolia a species of Tea Tree found in Australia. The oil is extracted from the entire leaf using a chemical free double distillation process. The result is a powerful, broad spectrum antiseptic, germicide, antibacterial and fungicide with a refreshing spicy aroma. A pale yellowy-green or water white liquid which blends well with lavender, clary sage, rosemary, oak moss, pine, geranium, marjoram and spice oils especially clove and nutmeg.
