  Made from the finest food grade materials, the round patented center air flow system makes tray rotation a thing of the past.  Whether you want to dehydrate one banana or a bushel of apples each tray works as an individual unit so you never heat empty space for small amounts.  Unlike other dehydrators, where all the trays are not independent, no flavor mixing between different kinds of food happen.  That means a variety of foods can be dried at the same time.
