Blender Probably the most popular accessory for the Bosch Universal Plus mixer. Its 6-cup Lexan polycarbonate bowl is strong enough to snow ice cubes all day long. This blender, with its tremendous cyclonic action, will puree fruits and vegetables to perfection at speeds up to 13,000 RPM's, as well as cracking grain. A built-in lid funnel lets you add liquid ingredients without stopping or removing the lid. The blender locks onto the Bosch mixer base, so it can't be bumped off during use. Tip: The blender lid doubles as a handy "wrench" that makes removal and replacement of the blade assembly fast & easy, but remember that rather than unscrewing all the way, you just give it a quarter-turn, then it pulls straight out easily.
