The Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen System

   Bosch has updated and enhanced the powerful new Universal Plus, making it one of the best heavy-duty mixers available on the market.  The new Universal Plus now has a sealed oil transmission that more than doubles the life expectancy of the power train. And the new 800 watt motor is the strongest of any mixer in its class, with a new design that extends motor life expectancy four-fold. Up to 15 pounds of heavy dough can be mixed and kneaded at one time. That's enough to make up to nine loaves of bread, in one batch!

   Also new: Soft rubber suction cup feet grip your counter top for a skid-free stance. The bowl now locks down on the base rock solid, and the bowl's rim handle provides a comfortable and secure grip. A quick-detachable stainless steel drive shaft in the bottom of the mixer bowl makes cleanup simple and easy.  And finally a  higher high speed, and a lower low speed than the Universal previously had.
